2200V 100mA High Voltage Power Source E200 Constant Voltage Power Source
The high voltage power source E200 can output and measure voltages up to 2200V, while maintaining precise measurement of weak current signals as low as 1nA. The current range is extended to 0-100mA. The E200 not only supports constant-voltage and constant-current operating modes but also is equipped with a rich set of I-V scanning functions. It is widely used in scenarios such as IGBT aging power supplies and varistor withstand voltage testing. Its powerful constant-current mode is crucial for accurately measuring breakdown points, ensuring the accuracy of test results.
Product Features
▪ Ultra fast Voltage Rise and Fall, Low Heat Generation: It has ms-level rise and fall edges, greatly reducing the power on time of the device under test and minimizing the heat generation phenomenon, ensuring a stable testing environment.
▪ Power Upgrade and Precise Measurement: With a maximum output of 2200V, a maximum current of 100mA, and a maximum power of 220W, combined with an accuracy of 0.1%, it enables precise leakage current testing at the nA level under high voltage.
▪ Diverse Modes and Flexible Scanning: The constant voltage or constant current output modes can be freely switched. It can synchronously test voltage and current and supports linear, logarithmic, and user defined scanning to meet complex testing requirements.
▪ Intelligent Current Limiting, Safety Assurance: The constant voltage and current limiting design effectively prevents tube explosion and ensures the safe and stable operation of the equipment.

Applications
· IGBT Breakdown Voltage Test: This test is used to evaluate the maximum reverse voltage that an IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) can withstand under specific conditions, ensuring its stability and reliability during operation.
· IGBT Aging Power Supply: It simulates the aging process of an IGBT under long term operating conditions. By providing a constant current or voltage, it accelerates the IGBT aging test to assess its lifespan and long term stability.
▪ Lightning protection Diode Voltage Withstand Test: This test examines the performance of a lightning protection diode when subjected to high voltage surges, ensuring that it can effectively protect circuits from damage in extreme electrical environments such as lightning strikes.
▪ Varistor Voltage Withstand Test: This test is employed to detect the response characteristics of a varistor at a specific voltage, including its non-linear resistance value and leakage current, to ensure that its over voltage protection function in the circuit operates properly.
