HCPL060 is a high-performance optoelectronic device test power supply that integrates advanced power electronics technology and intelligent control algorithms. It has two working modes, CW and QCW, and can output pulse and DC drive current, which is suitable for a variety of complex test scenarios. Product Features
▪ The pulse drive current is set in 20A (5mA steps), 60A (15mA steps), 600A (60mA steps); The DC drive current is also available in 20A and 60A ranges, and the current accuracy at each range is high, which can meet the testing needs of optoelectronic devices of different powers.
▪ The pulse width range is 100μs - 3ms, 1μs step, pulse frequency up to 10kHz, step 0.1Hz, and the maximum duty cycle can reach 100% @60A.
▪ It has 16 time-multiplexed voltage measurement channels, 16 time-multiplexed photocurrent detection channels, 32 time-multiplexed temperature monitoring channels and 8 water flow monitoring channels to monitor multiple parameters in real time.
